About Rhys Ingram

Rhys Ingram has been involved in sports performance for almost 10 years. Having coached Rugby Union, Hockey and Waterpolo whilst still finishing his A-Levels he has since gone on to work within many other sports, with athletes ranging in ability from novice club level to international level athletes.


Rhys qualifications include a BSc in Sport & Exercise Science from UWIC and an MSc in Strength & Conditioning from Middlesex University, as well as being accredited by the UKSCA and being certified through the NSCA as a Strength & Conditioning Specialist. Rhys also possesses a Level 4 Sports Massage Diploma and a Level 2 in Rugby Union Coaching.

Rhys is currently a Strength & Conditioning Coach at Hartpury College, Gloucester. Alongside this he regularly works with the British Fencing Academy and consults for several elite level athletes.

Previous to this Rhys has worked with a diverse group of athletes and teams, including; Bedford Blues RFC, Cardiff Blues, WRU, UWIC Sports, Clifton College, Llandaff Cathedral School and Clifton RFC.
