Rhys Ingram is a Strength & Conditioning coach and Sports Masseur based in the South West. He currently works at Hartpury College; one of the UK's leading sports colleges and universities, where he is in charge of the Women's Rugby Academy, the Golf Academy and The Modern Pentathlon Academy, as well as assisting with other college teams.

Rhys is also part of a team of coaches responsible for developing the Strength and Conditioning Coaching and consultancy for the British Fencing Academy, involving over 100 athletes of all ages.

As part of this work Rhys has travelled all over the UK to deliver lectures and coaching clinics to fencing clubs and training camps and he regularly answers questions via email or online at the Fencing Forum S&C pages.

He has also assisted in the physical testing of Premiership Rugby team the Harlequins and spent time at several top independent schools delivering practical lectures on performance training for their focus sports.

Previous to this Rhys has experience working with the Bedford Blues, the University of Wales Institute, Cardiff (UWIC), Clifton RFC and Clifton College, as well as Sports Massage experience with Cardiff Blues, UWIC Sports Massage Clinic and the Welsh rugby team prior to the 2007 World Cup.
